Ingredients

  • 1 butternut squash
  • 4 potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 4 celery sticks (chopped)
  • 3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • 3 carrots (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup of leeks (sliced)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Garlic seasoning
  • Some olive oil
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 6-8 cups of water (adjust for desired thickness)

Instructions
